David Munce
Chief Operating Officer
David Munce is the chief operating officer and a founding member of AMFM Healthcare. Since the organization’s inception, David has played a central role in shaping its clinical vision and operational infrastructure, helping to establish AMFM Healthcare as a leader in compassionate, outcomes-driven behavioral healthcare.
Since 2015, David has directed and managed program services across the organization, overseeing the development and expansion of its core service lines: A Mission for Michael (adult residential), Mission Prep (adolescent residential), and Mission Connection (intensive outpatient program). His leadership has been instrumental in scaling AMFM Healthcare’s reach while maintaining a strong commitment to clinical integrity, individualized care, and ethical standards.
With more than fifteen years of experience in the behavioral health and recovery field, David brings a unique combination of personal insight and professional expertise to his role. He has held key leadership positions across admissions, program development, and operations, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and the systems required to support long-term recovery.
As chief operating officer, David oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AMFM Healthcare’s clinical programming and operational systems. He is deeply involved in developing evidence-based, client-centered programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of care. His work focuses on expanding access to high-quality mental health treatment while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
