Angeleena Francis, LMHC, is the vice president of adult residential operations at AMFM Healthcare. In her role, Angeleena provides national leadership for the organization’s adult residential mental health treatment programs, overseeing the A Mission for Michael (AMFM) service line. She ensures operational excellence and the consistent delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services.

A licensed mental health counselor, Angeleena earned a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling from Canisius University. She is passionate about advancing access to high-quality mental health care and fostering environments where individuals can achieve lasting healing and recovery.

With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Angeleena brings extensive clinical and leadership expertise across multiple levels of care, including crisis triage, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient programming. Her background includes roles in hospital systems and community-based organizations, where she supported individuals with severe mental illness and helped develop programs aligned with evolving community needs.

At AMFM Healthcare, Angeleena is responsible for overseeing the performance and clinical integrity of adult residential services nationwide. She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that treatment environments are safe, structured, and therapeutically effective, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices. Her leadership emphasizes the integration of clinical excellence into every aspect of operations.

Angeleena holds specialized certifications in Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), bringing a strong foundation in evidence-based mental health treatment modalities. She is recognized for her ability to align clinical care with operational strategy, ensuring that programs deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and families.
