Kerrylynn Baca is the national vice president of contracting and provider relations at AMFM Healthcare. In her role, Kerrylynn leads national strategy for insurance contracting and payor partnerships, working to expand access to care through in-network agreements and strong payor relationships.
With more than two decades of experience in the behavioral health field, Kerrylynn specializes in negotiating insurance contracts and managing payor relations. She has extensive expertise in securing contracts, negotiating rate increases, developing scalable contracting processes, and mergers and acquisitions, supporting organizational growth and financial sustainability.
At AMFM Healthcare, Kerrylynn oversees all aspects of the contracting lifecycle, including new payor negotiations, contract renewals, rate optimization strategies, and ensuring provider compliance with payor requirements. She plays a key role in strengthening internal infrastructure by developing standardized processes, training programs, and customer service protocols within the internal contracting team. Her work helps streamline operations, improve cross-functional collaboration, and enhance the overall experience for both clients and partners.
