Robin Lovell is the vice president of clinical outreach, western region, at AMFM Healthcare. In her role, Robin leads regional outreach strategy and partnership development, helping connect individuals and families to high-quality behavioral health services across the communities AMFM Healthcare serves.

Robin began her career in the behavioral health field in 2007 as a clinician, providing direct counseling and support to clients. Over the years, she has advanced into leadership roles including director and CEO within behavioral health organizations, and has successfully founded and operated her own treatment center. Her diverse experience across clinical and executive leadership positions gives her a comprehensive understanding of both patient needs and system-level care delivery.

Since joining AMFM Healthcare in 2018, Robin has played a key role in expanding the organization’s outreach efforts. She has built and led a growing regional team, strengthening relationships with referral partners, developing targeted outreach strategies, and increasing community engagement to improve access to care. Her leadership has contributed to significant growth in both reach and impact, ensuring more individuals can connect with the services they need.
