Ted Guastello serves AMFM Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer. In this role he strives to provide his talented, mission-driven teammates with the tools and perspectives they need to thrive professionally. At the core of AMFM Healthcare's culture is the understanding that every task contributes to the mission of creating positive and lasting change through care.
Ted's passion for this field was discovered through lived experience and refined through years of study and mentorship. He has filled nearly every role that one would find in a behavioral health setting through his career, from years as direct care staff, to counseling, and program leadership. He is steadfast in his desire to provide similar opportunities for other individuals to find their calling and maximum impact.
When not at work you can find Ted being directed by his daughters, exercising, or reading.
